Pasta de Chile Guajillo


This paste is made with Guajillo chili, a variety of Mexican chili pepper.

It is not very spicy (ranging from 2,500 to 4,000 degrees on the Scoville scale) and has a delicate flavor of green tea and fruit. The paste can be used to flavor all types of meat, especially white ones.

It contains 86% of Guajillo chili, sunflower oil, onion, garlic, salt and sugar.
